My Wife and I came to tour and Paula was very welcoming and very helpful with answering all our questions this property is beautiful and its right off the 101 which is very convenient. We don’t need to relocate until May and we cant wait to apply and make this our new neighborhood. Thank you!

I’ve lived here at this property for almost 6 years and do not have a bad thing to say. We love living here and really enjoy the amenities as well as being walking distance to park west mall, lots of restaurants & the farmers market! They recently redid the dog park and got new grills, both are awesome. We have had hardly any issues with our apartment, or appliances and if we do maintence comes quickly to check it out / fix the issue. We are very familiar with the office staff & maintenance staff, it has been mostly the same people here for the last 6 years, which is rare these days! It is nice to see a friendly familiar face, that is always ready to help! I see some of the reviews have a few concerns which is unfortunate but from my experience living here it takes a village, you have to do your part. Clean up after yourself, & your pets, you know who you are. The property also supplies doggy bags which is beyond convenient!! We couldn’t be happier living here and I think you will be too.
