Briarwood has been such a pleasant experience for me these past four years living in Cedar Rapids! I didn't have a car during my first two years, and I was able to get around very easily since the location is walking distance to a lot of grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and even the Lindale mall. There is also bus service right outside the complex, which is super convenient to get to further places without a car. If you have a car, you can rent a garage for a very reasonable price. The 2-bedroom apartments are quite spacious and is the perfect size for up to two people to live in. The included appliances work perfectly - and even if something goes wrong, maintenance is very fast to assist you. Management has been wonderful. They were always very communicative and transparent regarding any changes and construction to the area, and always give advanced notice to things such as pest control visits. Danita, the property manager, has been nothing but helpful as well. She responds to emails very quickly and always has the tenants' best interests in mind! Thank you, Briarwood and Danita, for making my time here in Cedar Rapids very comfortable and memorable!

Briarwood is such a beautiful place to live! The grounds and common areas are well kept and clean. Maintenance is super fast. Every single apartment has a washer and dryer in the closet. There is not a better rate in Cedar Rapids for what we have. And of course, Danita is amazing 👏
