I have lived here since April of this year, and it has been nothing short of incredible. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about life at Arvada Station! The absolute 180 degree shift from my last place to living here for a few hundred bucks more is honestly shocking.
The office staff are so helpful and friendly, I have not met anyone who has been dismissive or rude, and I’ve had nothing but pleasure The fitness center is amazing! For someone who has some very late evenings, my sleep schedule is wonky.. and to be able to maintain my workout schedule the fitness center is 24 hours and regularly cleaned and well maintained!! The pool is also very well maintained and welcoming! Generally speaking everyone is courteous, and I’ve had 0 personally bad interactions, even with the homeless population that pass through the complex due to the light rail station being a stones throw away. I am consistently impressed with the maintenance staff, leaving a card saying what was done and by who after completing any/all requested maintenance. The repairs are done in a very timely manner! Last thing I feel the need to mention is how QUIET the apartment is. I know I haven’t been an ideal neighbor in some fashion due to my very late schedule and sometimes oblivious movement, but my neighbors have never complained (I’m on the top floor) and I have never heard anything coming from my neighbor’s apartments! It’s unbelievable (my last complex I could literally hear my neighbors using the restroom *gross!!*) and it’s been absolutely lovely to finally find a place I feel comfortable, and like I know that it’s home, and will be for quite some time.
My one and only complaint is the parking situation. If you’re there past 8:00 PM or really 7:00 PM , you can forget about “lot” parking ($7 per month), and go out looking for “street parking” which is still in the complex, but is open to anyone, so if you’re like me and get home way past that 7/8 time window, Godspeed on finding a spot! But covered parking is available for extra (not quite sure how much per month, but honestly it’s probably worth it if you have kids or struggle with mobility as the complex is quite large and I’ve had to park in some distant spots)
Over all, with that being my only complaint, I’d recommend this complex, without hesitation to anyone looking for higher end, definitely luxury living (compared to the absolute s$#t holes I’ve lived in before coming here.
Thanks so much Arvada Station! I finally feel like I’m home 🥰
P.s. they’re SUPER pet friendly, and have an actual dog wash station in the office and do fun events for the residents, pizza events and breakfast and food trucks and all kinds of stuff!

Lived here for a year. Amenities such as the gym and pool are quite nice and well kept. Never had an issue with maintenance, they took care of everything in a very timely manner. The staff was always great. They genuinely care for the residents needs. Never seemed unsafe walking around at night. They took care of ice and snow efficiently during the winter. Of the apartments Ive lived at, this has definitely been a good one.
Only a couple cons: my apartment had serious creaking issues. We were a second floor corner unit. I talked to maintenance shortly after moving in about it and its just due to the contracting and expanding of water pipes. As its a structural issue, they couldn’t do anything about it. I had an apple watch and airpods stolen from my vehicle in the year I lived here. The watch was simply while I was going up and down the stairs to load my vehicle, never leaving it for more than a few minutes. The airpods I left my car unlocked while away on a trip, oops.
It had its pros and cons, but the cons were no fault of the management. If I wasn’t moving north Id still live here.

Have lived here a couple of months now and am impressed with everything so far. Great amenities - year round pool and hot tub, good gym, and nice clubhouse. Friendly and attentive management staff, and maintenance has been super quick and helpful. Grounds are well maintained, and the location is great. Love the apartment - tall ceilings, open floorplan, great balcony, and very clean. Have used the light rail a ton and haven't had issues with parking. Glad I moved here and would recommend! Will update if anything comes up and so far so good.
Update 3 months later: Keeping it at 5 stars because management and maintenance have been the best I've ever experienced as a renter - they are so fast, kind and accommodating! Management was also transparent about parking before I signed my lease. I want to update about parking, as that has been a bit of an issue for me since my first review. I got lucky my first few months! There have been some nights I've had to drive around quite a bit looking for a spot and wasn't comfortable leaving my car overnight, especially near the light rail parking lot. I have so far personally felt safe but have had concerns about my car being broken into or damaged. Will update again if I have any issues beyond inconvenience. Other than parking, everything else still good!

I lived here when it was Greystar, from April through May.
Pros:
Maintenance staff was always very kind and responsive. I never waited more than 24 hours on a ticket, usually less time. I am a pet owner of a cat who constantly tries to escape and they were very conscious of this.
Office staff always kind and responsive.
The gym is small and has no AC, but cleaned regularly and doesn't have The Funk.
The pool was maintained and rarely ever closed during my time there except for cleanings.
Parking can be tricky for units without a garage. There is simply not as many parking spots as there are tenants, so late evenings you will not find a spot. The common road where people parallel park is very narrow and causes regular near misses. I never had my vehicle broken into or vandalized and I didn't have a garage.
This complex is right by the light rail and train tracks. There will always be train noises.
In terms of Suburbian rental market, this is on par with similar properties but the maintenance and management are very easy to deal with. I would recommend if you are on the fence between similar properties.

I have been living at Arvada Station since late September and have waited a bit before writing a review because I wanted to get settled and see how things played out. First impressions were very positive! I was able to go on a self guided tour of a few units before finding the one that I wanted, and Josie my leasing agent was exceptionally friendly and helpful through the entire application process. Upon moving in, I only had a few issues that were addressed by maintenance right away, and any other issues since have always been promptly taken care of, and the maintenance crew is also very friendly! I do not have pets, but I know the community is very pet friendly because I always see dogs out and about and cats sitting in the windows. I can attest that parking can be a bit challenging, especially late at night, but now that I have an assigned spot I have no complaints. We are next to the light rail station which took a brief time to get used to, but I love the convenience of being able to jump on the train right from my apartment. In terms of security I've not had any issues, and I see Arvada PD patrolling through the complex quite frequently in the morning and evenings. (Maybe this is a one off situation, but nonetheless their presence is appreciated). I have yet to explore all of the amenities but the club house and the grounds are all well maintained, I always see community staff out and about on the golf carts so I know they're always working hard to keep our complex in good shape. Overall, I feel for what I've gotten at Arvada Station is fair for the monthly rent and I see myself living here for a few years! I would recommend Arvada Station to anyone looking for a perfect spot between the mountains and the city! Thank you Arvada Station for being a great place to live.

Great place to call home. Apartments are very nice and are at a good price. The amenities are great: the common areas are well kept, the pool is awesome, and the hot tub is nice to use after a long day at work. Management staff and workers are professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
We lived here while looking to buy our first home (about 9 months). The maintenance team was always timely when we needed something and leasing office staff were very responsive. The amenities of the property were great- especially the pool in the summer time. There were slight safety concerns in the parking lots due to being so close to the light rail, but we lived on a second floor apartment and never felt concerned there. If we didn't buy a house, we would have renewed our lease for sure!
I've lived here for 6 months with my family and have no complaints!
Office staff and maintenance are great and always very friendly. The amenities are great. The dog park is large and everyone who goes there is very friendly.
I know there are other reviews with complaints about cars being broken into or vandalism and I've never experienced that.
