Toured here last week with my daughter! Absolutely fabulous property in the heart of downtown Newnan! In love with the exposed brick and industrial vibes. Josiah and Mia were wonderful hosts, giving my daughter and I an informational tour of the property. Both so helpful, making sure to answer all my questions - leaving no stone unturned! I am obsessed with living here. I have been looking for something that reminds me of the city without having to pay city prices. Just 45 minutes to the heart of Atlanta but without the craziness of the city when I don’t want to be there. Mia and Josiah are great property managers and are super quick to help when needed. Recommending this to all my friends!!

I moved into the Newnan Lofts community in 2020 and stayed 4 years. I have consistently been impressed by the professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to creating a positive living environment for all residents. Josiah the property manager has a commitment to excellence and truly helps to set this apartment apart from others in the Coweta County area.
The apartments are glorious - you can't resist the high ceilings spacious floor plan and large windows. The fitness center/ clubhouse is amazing and well equipped. There is a long trail (the Linc) a few steps away as well. My neighbors consisted of mainly young professionals or retirees who are respectful to the quiet hours. If there were rare instances of noise disturbance or any inconvenience it was handled properly.
Furthermore, I felt secure as a single female as the location is tucked away with a well-lit parking lot, secure entrances for the inner parts of the main building, and security on site. The maintenance dynamic duo was prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. Jerri also helped to ensure the facilities throughout the property were beautiful and clean!
If you are thinking about living here, trust me and just apply!
Lastly, I encourage you to explore downtown Newnan while living here. It is literally a 1-2 minute walk and there are always events, races and good food.
LOVED my experience at the lofts, Josiah & Mia were tremendously helpful and always understanding. Maintenance & Groundskeeper were also great people to work with. I definitely recommend living here, everything is super close to you, and the Linc trails are a plus! Residents are all super cool and neighborly, and the amenities were always kept clean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved loving here with my wife, and we had the coolest apartment known to man. The only reason we had to leave is because my wife wanted to move to Peachtree city to start a family. I would have stayed here forever, favorite place I’ve lived. Josiah is awesome and nobody beats him when it comes to going above and beyond for his residents.

My husband and I loved living at the lofts. We loved how unique our unit was and anytime we posted pictures of our apartment we got so many questions to where we lived! Josiah was the best property manager we have experienced still to this day. 10/10 would recommend!
Moving to Georgia, as a former Michigander was a very big change. When we began the apartment hunt, we knew right away Newnan Lofts was going to be HOME.
Josiah, the property manager, made the whole process very smooth. This Environment was so peaceful, and the people were always great to be around. Not to mention the BEST maintenance crew around. You can expect when you put a work order in, it will be fixed right away and the right way!
We are going to miss this place, with that being said; if you or anyone you know are looking for a place to call home, this is the spot. Be sure to reach out to Mia or Josiah, they will make sure your experience is nothing short of amazing.
This is one of the best places I've ever lived. Josiah and Mia were the entire reason we moved here. Our biggest priority when we chose this place was good office staff because of how bad our previous apartment was, and when we met the two of them we immediately decided this was where we were moving next. They're the only people in their positions that I've seen that genuinely care about their property and tenants, and I've toured a lot of apartments so I've seen plenty.
The apartments are very cool and spacious. Not super modern, but that's not the point of them, so know that beforehand. I still enjoyed the place. Great location too, we walked to downtown frequently. The trains are pretty annoying, so I recommend getting an apartment on the parking lot side. Overall a great place and were gonna miss it.
