I have been a resident of Evergreen Park for many years. The property began to majorly decline and I thought about leaving. The owners decided to hire new management so I chose to stay. It was a very good decision for me I later found. Management does not dink around about the property and I'm pleased how she came in & took charge. If ones have negative to say, they were posdibly evicted.
