Excellent place to live with a great staff that cares about their residents. Jessica is the best! Living in a historic building with tons of history is amazing especially when it was tastefully designed and brought back to life. It is a amazing structure, the building itself takes up almost a full city block. It has any amenities you could ever ask for. The climate controlled garage parking will spoil you in the winter months. Super dog friendly also boasting a nice dog park within the private gated outdoor area. I lived on the train tracks side and I know this has been a discussion for debate, while the train was loud with the windows open it was not nearly as bad with the windows closed. I am not someone who is super sensitive to noise so it was never really an issue for myself. If you are delicate and need silence to operate you might want to look at the street side units, you can’t hear the train at all from there. If you ever wanted to experience upscale loft living in a cool neighborhood in St. Louis this would be one of my first choices!

I've been living at Woodward Lofts for a few months now so I feel like I can leave an honest review. The building was taken over by a new management company called Worcester Communities and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They have done a great job at improving the overall experience of living at Woodward Lofts. The building was an old factory that was converted into lofts, so it has a unique, industrial/modern feel. I haven't had any issues with packages like some of the previous reviews have stated. I'm assuming those are when previous management was in charge. You get a code texted to you whenever it's arrived and it's always easy for me to locate my packages within the package room. I sleep easy knowing my car is safe in the garage at night. They have a gated lot as well that is also fob-secured, too. The leasing agent Lillie and property manager Randi have always been able to help me out whenever I have had any questions. I recommend checking them out. I love living here. Between the management team, style of the building, and being walking distance to multiple restaurants and parks, you really won't find anything else like it here in the city.
