At first I was not happy moving here but I was proven wrong and will be renewing my lease. The staff in the office are always helpful and friendly. Any complaint is addressed immediately. The maintenance staff has been the best I've ever experienced renting for 10 years now. They fix everything immediately. It's very clean and super quiet here. Everyone is so respectful of each other. I can truly say I'm very happy here and will stay here as long as I can afford it. Thank you Lisa for all your help at all times you are the best!!!!

I've been living at Quantum Lake Villas Apartments for a year now, and I must say, it's a truly beautiful place. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and always clean, making it a comfortable and pleasant environment to live in. Victor & maintenance crew always come to fix our problems very fast and are nice while they are working Megan is always incredibly helpful and goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. Lisa and Nicole have a lot of positive energy which spreads on everyone around her.Keya is very nice and respectful to everyone. I Highly recommend living here .
