My bedroom closet floor (carpet) was wet when I walked into it at 6:30 on Saturday afternoon. I called the maintenance number and in 20 minutes Bryce was at my apartment. He assessed the situation, contacted the necessary people and he stayed with them until midnight until they got everything going with the fans and the machine to suck the water out of my carpet. Bryce was very helpful and a complete gentleman.
