Balsam Place is a wonderful place to live...the grounds are beautifully maintained... the management staff is very responsive... the maintenance staff is very helpful ...and no matter who you meet in the community there's always a friendly smile and "hello". I love living in the Balsam Place community. Come see for yourself!

Melinda & Sarah were extremely welcoming. The communication has been amazing. They are consistently cheerful and accommodating. Fellow tenants could be more. Mindful of the dumpster area. Dog owners should ALWAYS pick up after their family pet. The buildings are in great shape. Well built and maintained. We are happy to be a part of this friendly and prideful community."
