I love it here! Beautiful building, everything is high quality, great staff (especially Donovan and the maintenance crew) and awesome neighbors. If you have a dog they have 2 parks. The amenities and community areas are extravagant and the cleaning staff work hard to keep everything tidy. I've been here a little over 2 years and have had very few maintenance issues but whenever I open a ticket they have solved my problem faster than any other landlord. I highly recommend.

The Cleaning Staff (Roxana, Rolenda,, Mabel,, and forgive me for not remembering everyone’s names) do an amazing job. They keep the AFR property in great shape. This is not an easy task considering AFR has approximately 500 units plus additional open public spaces . The cleaning staff is very responsive and are pleasant to interact with. Keep up the great work!
