I moved in a year ago and I haven’t looked back since. I’ve stayed at multiple complexes within this price range in three different states. Avalon Brea impressed me the most. The community is vibrant with color and the amenities are well maintained. I use the pool and game room the most. There is a trail for biking/walks/morning runs. Parallel to the trail is the mall and various types of restaurants open all hours of the day. Right next to us is the department and grocery store. It can’t get any better than this. Travel and transportation is a breeze with the nearby highway ramps and open streets. Being between LA/OC has made me available for better job opportunities. I also love how my cars are parked indoors within the garage. The unit is spacious and designed for better living. All necessities built in. The best part is how sound-proof I noticed these rooms to be. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any of my questions and maintenance requests. I have never had an issue with their service. If you’re planning on moving here I only warn you that you might not want to leave.

Just moved into Avalon Brea and already love the maintenance team!!! They are so efficient and responded fast! I was able to encountered with Julian who was helping me with exhaust fan, he was professional and also very down to earth! Julian made me feel this new apartment is warm as a home already! I feel I can count on the maintenance team whenever I needed them! Thank you all!! Love love Damian!!! Damian is so professional and so friendly, he fixed my lighting problems which had been bothering me for weeks!!! Also love his positive attitude! Most of all, he listens to the residence and theirs needs!!! I can really count on him too!! I give him 5 stars for 5 stars rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thanks Damian!!!
