Honestly these apartments are beautiful! The office staff are always so helpful and welcoming. Especially Alyssa she is so friendly. The maintenance crew is top notch the best maintenance I have ever experienced! Always helpful and on top of everything from keeping the pool clean to maintenance Calls being fixed right away they are the best! The area is super quite and the apartments and rooms are very open and spacious. I have lived here for almost a year and not once had any issues.

It was love at first contact to say the least. When I first arrived I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Rosẽ, she informed me of the apartments that were available and took me around the Nova complexes showing myself and another gentleman the units. I’m sure anyone that understands in the situation when you’re looking for a place to stay you always think about what will work out longterm, the area, people and the most important thing “honesty” She told us the things that needed to be worked on and the changes they have made since the previous management. I could have moved to any complex in Albuquerque the 1 person that sold me on place is Rosẽ. After I decided to move into the Nova Ridge location she gave me her number so if there were any problems or if I had any questions I could go ahead and keep in touch with her, She was honest about the unit, that it needed some love, when seeing the unit the first time I noticed that the appliances in the kitchen were out dated. She looked at me and told me. “We are going to go ahead and put in all new appliances.” To say the least it was literally the next day the maintenance crew which i want to throw a shout out to them as well for all the hard work they do keeping 4 locations maintained. Ryan and Zeke, man these are two of the people you can say are behind the scenes making sure everything in the units are working they are also there to even ask questions to if you don’t understand how something works or just need a little help. They went above and beyond for me just like Rosẽ. Well after these guys hustled up a brand new fridge, dishwasher, and stove right out the box right into the kitchen, they gave me a number where I could reach them. I was surprised on how fast Rosẽ got these orders in and how fast the maintenance crew got everything working. I really appreciate all you guys that are working the Nova locations. I want to also add that Liz the other manager at the Nova Point location is incredibly helpful and nice as well. She makes sure things are getting done and everything runs smoothly without error just like Rosẽ, With everything being said and done I just have to say that All the staff here will make you feel comfortable and definitely at home. 💯/ 💯 Good work everyone. Especially you Rosẽ! 🙏 💯 💪
