Stay in a newly remodeled home just outside of Notre Dame campus, designed for short-term rentals, making it perfect for your ND weekend getaway. This home features a large living room with a pull-out couch, dining area, full kitchen with appliances and essential items for cooking, three bedrooms, and two full baths. Enjoy the great patio area with table, chairs, fire pit, BBQ Grill, and a private backyard. The washer and dryer are available for guest use, and ample off-street parking is also available. The private backyard, with patio, table, chairs, fire pit, and BBQ Grill, offers a relaxing and peaceful place to hang out. Two of the bedrooms come with queen-sized beds, one bedroom has two twin-sized beds, and the couch in the living room has a king-size pull-out bed. Smart TVs are available in the living room and two of the three bedrooms. An external 220 outlet is available for EV use with your own 220 destination charger, though you may need an adapter to use it. This home is located just off Twyckenham Dr., south of the ND campus, less than a five-minute walk to campus, and very close to Eddy Street Commons, where there are many dining and shopping options available. If you want to escape the crowds, try exploring downtown South Bend or nearby Mishawaka, both less than five miles from the house. Mishawaka also has a large shopping district on the north side of town, with shops and dining within a 10-minute car ride. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation, and all guests must complete an online check-in form, which may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information. Check-in starts at 4 pm, and checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Smoking or vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited on the property. Parties, gatherings, or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios, or shared spaces. Only the guests listed are allowed on the property. Do not share access to the property with anyone other than who’s on your guest list. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a fine. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service, and unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules, and guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
