Residents enjoy access to a fitness center with a Peloton bike, 24/7 doorman and concierge services, a bike room, a playroom, and a landscaped roof deck with panoramic views. The apartment is thoughtfully designed with professionally curated furnishings and includes a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Nespresso coffee maker. Relax in luxury with premium Malin & Goetz bath products and enjoy entertainment on the smart TV with Roku, offering Netflix and Hulu. The apartment also provides high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair, making it perfect for remote work. Pets are allowed with approval and a one-time $300 charge. Family-friendly amenities such as a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. For stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days, with fees invoiced prior to the service. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the home and outside areas. Violations will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. The property is accessible via elevator and features a full-time doorman. Upon arrival, you will either be personally greeted or provided with self check-in instructions.
