My sister and I are looking for 2 female to sublet my and my sisters room in a 5-bed suite located at 36 Queenston Street, St Catharines as I am going to be moving out, and renting contract is from January first, until September 1st. Also, this contract offers you 1 month free. The building is a 15 minute walk away from the farmer's market and bus stop, and 10 minute walk away from the downtown St. Catharines terminal making it the perfect central location in the city. The suite has a large shared TV lounge that comes with a TV, plus a shared kitchen that includes appliances like 2 main fridge, stove, dishwasher, and toaster. There is also a washer-dryer combo located conveniently on each floor, plus two shared bathrooms. The building itself includes a nice gym on the main level, as well as a common lounge for residents. Wifi and utilities, plus access to those amenities included in rent price.
