The unit is furnished and has a washer/dryer although you would furnish your bedroom. Location is easily accessible (off of Hwy 7), close to I-25. Walking distance to golf course, restaurants and shopping. The community has playgrounds, club house with fitness center, hot tub, pool and volleyball grounds. I would like someone who is respectful and friendly plus cares about keeping things neat and clean. I have a sweet Labrador dog that is very friendly. Unfortunately, no additional pets per owner.
