UNIT DETAILS: Fully Furnished Unit with all Utilities & Internet included. Private Washer & Dryer. Quiet location but close to everything! The unit offers 2 private (not walk-thru) bedrooms, each with a comfy Queen size bed. The smaller 3rd bedroom is set up as an office space. The living room features a Queen size sleeper sofa as well as a 55” flat screen TV. The eat-in kitchen offers seating for up to 4 people as well as stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Besides furnishings the unit includes all kitchen needs, towels, linens, etc. Laundry is located in the basement with your own dedicated washer & dryer (not shared). There is high-speed wi-fi as well as a Roku TV where you can easily access all of your favorite streaming subscriptions. PROPERTY DETAILS: Superb location next to S. Grand Ave, which is a main thoroughfare from one end of the City to the other. Whether going by bike, car, or bus, you can easily access several of the major highways as well as the area's major hospitals, universities, and downtown within minutes. This area is also home to lots of delicious restaurants, local services, and retail stores. Finally, Tower Grove Park - the City's 2nd largest Park - is only 2 blocks away. Besides getting out into nature or enjoying it's beautiful structures, there are always plenty of events happening and often they are free.
