The management team, Portia in particular, is incredibly responsive and always addresses any concerns promptly. The amenities are top-notch, with a sparkling pool and beautifully landscaped common areas. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light, making it a pleasure to come home to. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with convenient access to shops and public transport. Overall, Uptown offers excellent value for the price, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. When you visit please ask for Portia, she was phenomenal and really showed that she cared.

From the moment I’ve moved here till now I really enjoy living here :) They are always there to help you if needed. The apartments are very spacious and new, the neighbors are nice. I LOVE the gym that they’ve recently renovated. The pool area BBQ areas are very good to catch up with friends. Also they do Cortland community events at the sky lounge which is also beautiful with the lake view. The staff that works here are also amazing people, they always greet you and make sure you are good. The only thing I would complain would be the parking lot, sometimes it can be a hustle to drive to the floor you are in but since they have renovations in some apartments 1st and 2nd floor is usually has less cars so you don’t have to drive all the way up. Long story short, I’ve never felt more comfortable and at home anywhere else. Thank you so much Cortland team!!
