I live in these apartments during my time working at New Mexico State University and it has been great. My time on the property has been good I rarely have any issues with anything and Bianet is always there for me if so. She does a great job with the tenants and passionate about her job. I recommend anyone looking for a good apartment for decent amount of rent in the Las Cruces area to reach out to her and work with her. She is the best! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I currently live in these apartments and they are great for college students looking for an affordable place. The location is very convenient, since its really close to campus. Living here has definitely made my time attending New Mexico State University much easier! Also, if I have any issues I get quick responses, so I truly recommend these apartments:)
