Meridia South Orange is a great place to live. I experience nothing but fantastic manager(Jennifer) who looks out for the best interest of her tenant. Felipe the contractor or the handymen did a fantastic work on the place and answer to your needs momentarily.

Just moved in recently, so consider this my first impression review. Location is great; close to restaurants, grocery store and the train station. Love the spacious closet space especially. Community spaces are kept well-maintained and clean. Noise hasn't been an issue so far. The property manager Jennifer is pleasant to work with and always did her best to solve our issues. Her communication is great; community emails get sent out consistently and she follows up to make sure your individual issues are addressed. Felipe has also handled multiple maintenance requests quickly. One qualm I have (which doesn't reflect the immediate staff, but perhaps the larger property owner) is that apartment access can be a headache sometimes. Forget having a dog walker come on the weekends or a family member retrieving something from your apartment when you're not home. If your phone dies you technically cannot get into your apartment. Why implement a smart access system (over keys) if you're not going to provide all of the features? I've been renting for over 9+ years and never experienced this level of inconvenience in terms of access. UPDATE 9/18/24: The apartment access issues have been addressed and updated. Thank you to the team for your quick response and willingness to listen!
