Great location! This first floor unit is just minutes from UWEC, downtown Eau Claire, Water Street, Putnam Park, and all main arterial roads. It features a unique with one large bedroom, one smaller bedroom, and a "bonus" room perfect for a home office, study area, or gaming area. There are large windows with nice natural lighting and some off-street parking. Rent is per person per month, $10/person/month laundry fee and utilities are an additional charge.
