Very comfortable and safe place to live, 6 months into my 12 month lease I've had no maintenance problem or issues with any neighbors or staff. It's very quiet an well kept. I'm glad I chose this apt for me and my son..I will be looking forward to renewing my lease and if your looking for a nice clean apartment complex in Baytown I recommend this one. Rosie has been more than helpful accommodating everything for me be sure to ask for her if you're looking to lease with them.
