I have lived here for over a year and have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Crestview. The apartment buildings are well maintained and the staff are super friendly. The buildings are quiet; even with trains passing by regularly. I sleep soundly and have yet to be disturbed by a train. It's quite enjoyable to watch a train go by with just a gentle rumble from its presence. Any maintenance issues are handled in a timely fashion and are completed well. My only issue was the sealing of my air conditioning unit had come loose to leak unwanted cold air during the winter months. Someone was immediately out to repair the issue and I haven't had problems since! Fantastic storage units are included for renters that are the sizes of walk-in closets! It has been an absolute joy to have an apartment where I can store holiday decorations or misc. items without cluttering my living space. The only immediate critique is due to the regular races to complete laundry. There are only two washers and dryers available for a large group of tenants; using time from 9 am to 9 pm (I am honestly not sure what happens if you surpass their closing time). Between disrespectful neighbors, only two machines each, and most people trying to do laundry around a full work day... completing laundry is a bit ridiculous. However, there's conveniently a laundromat right around the corner where I found myself doing laundry if needed. Overall, I highly recommend Crestview Apartments. It is a safe neighborhood, has a wonderful staff who meets your needs, and cozy apartments.

My first experience at the leasing office was amazing 👏. Amy is the one to talk to, however, they are actually trained in hospitality and customer service, so you're not treated like you're just "the person with the money". The apartments are well-kept and it's a small, quiet community. This is a great place in this region to rent apartments. So many in this area have terrible reviews, mainly because of lack of access to maintenance personnel and appropriate customer service from the leasing office. Crestview is not one of those places. If you need a supportive leasing office, great customer service, as well as, a great apartment community, I would definitely check out Crestview!
