None of the five star reviews are real this apartment complex was a happy medium of cheap uncaring staff. But is now on to yet another overpriced gentrified living. Lead paint in the walls old plumbing, garbage heating and air. If you weren't here two years ago don't bother. Also the did an illegal raffle to promote good reviews. Congratulations Janna!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Fayette Crossing, the staff has been accommodating to all of my and my husband's needs. The apartments need a little work but they are older units so renovations are under way and we are excited. We moved here a year ago and when we renewed our lease instead of our rent going up we got a credit . I've lived in many places here in Lexington. We consider Fayette Crossing our home and look forward to many more years here.
