Compared to our other apartments this place feels more like home. It’s quiet and peaceful. There’s covered parking for a reasonable monthly fee. The office staff are super friendly and on top of taking care of any requests. The property is well kept and there’s a beautiful park that is only a walk away and viewed from our large bay windows.

Every time I have had to call or go into the office either Ashley or Penny has helped me and they are both very friendly. The maintenance guys are also helpful. Any time I’ve had a work request in they get it done quickly. The location is nice and I love all of the trees and grass on the property.

I've lived at Spring Park for 7 years and have no intention of moving. I love having the park so close to take my grandkids on weekends for walks and to play on the playground. There's a great shopping center right across the street which makes it so convenient. I've never had an issue with the people that work there...they're always friendly and listen to any issues I've had.

I absolutely love living at Spring Park. I've been here just over a year, and I adore my apartment. I live in the one bedroom townhome, and I love my fireplace and the space. It's quiet, peaceful and my neighbors have been wonderful. The staff is great! Ashley, Andy & Penny are all kind and very helpful. I strongly suggest making your new home at Spring Park. Every place has their quirks, but the team at Spring Park knows how to handle issues professionally and with empathy for the people who live there. Wish I could give more stars than just the five!

Spring Park is a beautiful apartment complex in the NE heights, the location is great is a pet friendly property offering full size washer and dryers and walk in closets in every unit! They have great storage options, parking is never an issue and they even have security 24/7. I love the 24/7 gym. The park right behind the property is so convenient. 10/10 recommend

I love living here . We were here for about 2 years. It's a safe , quiet area . The office is amazing! Sara and her team was great! Maintenance here was awesome too. I had few time late night issues with the toilet clogging . They were super fast at the situation. I would move back here in a heartbeat.

It has been a great experience, the place is really quiet and always clean, neighbours and staff are nice.
It is great to have the park at a very short walking distance. It is also very convenient to have groceries, pharmacy, gas station and restaurants within a 5 min. walk!

My husband and I lived here for about a year in the large 2-bedroom + loft. The buildings and neighborhood are kept very clean, neighbors are quiet, and the staff are very friendly and responsive. 10/10 would rent here again - had I not moved across the country. . .
My only complaint is the noise from the highway, other than that, Spring View is absolutely wonderful. :D
