Fake negative reviews. Brooke and Chanel at Ascend are the two sweetest and most charismatic and PROFESSIONAL ladies to represent any property I've ever toured, and their friendly personality and initiative to be helpful is the exact reason I CONFIDENTLY signed my lease here. The place itself is so grand and luxurious for such a relatively affordable price, but the service is what makes a good place into a GREAT place. I've seen firsthand Brooke and Chanel dealing with many other guests, and they have NOT ONCE treated any one person, gender or color lesser than another. They have taken such awesome care of me and my fiance throughout the whole process, and I really appreciate how helpful and kind they've been. Don't believe the negative reviews left by visiting guests upset because they don't respect the property of others and expect no consequences for breaking rules. Disassembling furniture and not leaving community amenities the way you found them, among other things, is no way to behave in someone else's home. As a born and raised Pacific Islander, we are all about RESPECT, and I'll be damned if I ever let a guest of a guest into my home with the entitlement to trash it and then blame me for trying to protect it. The staff here deserve a raise.

The staff is awesome! Seamless move in! The amenities are second to none(the golf simulator sold me)! The apartments are beautiful and well built. One negative though…the move in door is extremely far to the apartments but it is what it is! They do have carts available for the move which came in very handy for me. Besides that, I’m very happy and impressed by the apartment and the staff. Shout out to Brooke and Channel for all the help with my move in!
