Absolute cesspool. Saying the building is filthy is a massive understatement. The only thing worse than the conditions are the people themselves... Half of the tenants can be found on a certain website 😒 & the other half are gonna harass you for everything from spare change to cigarettes, a dollar, can of beer, and of course "let me use your phone" 🤦🏻♂️ Avoid area at all costs unless you're looking for drugs or other various forms of trouble
