Folsom Ridge Apartments features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes and lofted floor plans. Our apartments provide residents with style and comfort, with fully equipped kitchens, extra storage and washer/dryer hookups in select units. Our brand new two-story townhomes are located in an upscale neighborhood in South Lincoln just off of 40th and Yankee Hill Road across from Yankee Hill Country Club. These three-bedroom, townhomes feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plank flooring, washer and dryer hookups, and a two-stall garage.

I've been living here at Folsom ridge apartment for 3 years now. I love the location the property manager is the best. I would recommend this place for everyone who's looking for a kid and pet friendly place.

Maintenance is better than average and the buildings and grounds are kept pretty clean. Close to downtown and hwy 77 & the interstate. Wish the pool was bigger, but at least it's kept up and not nasty like the last place I lived. Overall a good place for the money and great location for me working downtown.
