About Hunter Square
2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment home at Hunter Square will be available for move-in! Conveniently located between the 240 bypass highway and George Washington Way, this apartment home is a ground floor unit a step away from our shared community laundry room. If you are looking for a short commute to work at the Hanford site or love to bike, our location provides the comfort of both. A short drive to downtown Richland to enjoy the summer Farmer's Markets or a lovely stroll at Howard Amon park. The income requirement is 3x the rent which is equal to a minimum income requirement of $3750.00 gross combined household income per month. Screening fee $32 per adult: we screen for credit, criminal and rental history. Rent is $1250.00 per month. W/S/G is $75.00 on top of rent every month. Section 8 accepted. DEPOSIT: Our standard deposit is equal to one month's rent, however we offer a payment plan for the deposit as well a low cost alternative security deposit option through a 3rd party provider Obligo. We offer laundry facilities on-site. Renter's insurance Required. We allow dogs and cats up to 25 LBS and we use petscreening. com for all pet/companion animal/ no pet households. Fees and deposits are determined by pet screening results. Pet rent is $30 per month per pet (2 pets max). Prescreening questions will be asked prior to scheduling tours. 12 month lease term required Office hours are Monday & Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm & Tuesday-Thursday 8:30am to 3pm.
