We have lived her for just a few months. But I can tell you it is the BEST apartment community we have ever lived in. We were forced out of the home we rent, due to the Landlord wanting to sell. We had 30 days and secured this flat apartment and we got it within a week! The staff is tremendous, especially Chloe and Adam and Joe. They are on it when it comes to making sure the tenants have every comfort that is included with renting here. It is clean, quiet, and much more private than other wise open apartment communities. If we have any issue, Chloe handles it immediately. Yes, you will pay a little more, but from a family that has had to maintain a house in their late 40’s this is such a welcome change. There is just no point in trying to find a house in this over-inflated housing market. Not when you have all the amenities provided here and our apartment has even more square feet than our previous house. 10 out of 10. Best place to live downtown. Forget the others. This is the one.

Decided to take a tour here and found nothing but beauty! The staff goes above and beyond, all of the amenities are terrific like the year round salt water pool, fire pits, party lounges. These apartments are perfect for all age groups and there’s always something to do! Definitely check them out! I highly recommend Brooke as your leasing agent!

Awesome property in a perfect location! Amenities are awesome and I love being so close to the Pavilion! The team here is second to none. Office staff (lead by Joe) are in credibly friendly and welcoming. Maintenance team is super responsive and knowledgeable! Wouldn't live anywhere else!

Managed by a group of truly lovely individuals on-site Mon-Sat, I am a new resident of this beautiful and metropolitan vibed community. And I couldn’t be happier living here! My senior beagle lady and I enjoy how friendly most people are, walking by the river, stopping in for a latte at the lounge sometimes, having a safe parking spot after returning from a road trip or night out, modern appliances for modern days, plenty of closet space, in-home washer and dryer, and sleeping in style. New to the area, I think of arriving to Flats on Front as my welcome to Wilmington!

Wow! Flats on Front exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the apartment complex, I was blown away by its beauty. The staff were not only incredibly friendly but also highly knowledgeable, making the entire experience seamless. The saltwater pool, lounge area, and fitness center were simply stunning – I couldn't get enough of them! And let's not forget about the apartments themselves; they were just as gorgeous as the rest of the complex. Flats on Front truly offers a luxurious living experience that I can't wait to tell my friends about!
