10/10 would never recommend I currently live here and it is awful. There is no on-site rental office. You have to call a hotline in which they never pick up. The apartments are down infested and the drains don’t work since my very first day moving in here my kitchen sink was clogged up on me moving in that very first day I made several reports it took them a month to get a maintenance person here when he came he poured something down the drain. It worked for two days and never worked again. Constantly have to put work orders in about clogged drains Even if nothing gets down there, all you have to do is turn the pipe on and the water backs up. It came to a point where every time you flushed the toilet, it would back up into the shower They sent a maintenance guy out he fixed it and then they charged my account for $500 in damages saying they removed a wig from the pipes. That is crazy. I tried several times leaving messages to speak to whoever the top manager is no one has gotten back to me. I tried explain to them. There is no way on earth how the pipes are and the water saver I have There is no way possible I could fit a wig down any of those, but they don’t care and sorry to say I’m not the only person In the building experiencing drainage blockage, and back ups
