I lived at Camden Manor Park for just under 2 years after looking at about a dozen apartment complexes in the greater Raleigh area. it offered the best balance of location, amenities, cost, and quality that I could find, and my time there proved that to be true (ample parking, and friendly policies for residents and guests was a huge plus). The staff was very friendly and accommodating, with Chris, and several other members of the staff consistently going above and beyond to make sure my experience, and the experience of numerous friends I recommended to the property was as positive as possible. The Community is kept clean, is reasonably quiet, and convenient to virtually everything you could want or need. In addition, I was incredibly impressed with how Camden as a larger entity handled the pandemic, going as far as providing a multimillion dollar fund to help those who were negative impacted stay on their feet.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to live in an apartment in the Raleigh area.

My roommate and I recently moved into Camden and we absolutely love it here! The apartments are so well kept, the amenities are great, and the maintenance staff is amazing. Our experience while touring and getting the apartment was made especially great by Savannah! I personally have never lived in an apartment having only rented homes. Savannah was super patient and made the process so enjoyable and easy to understand. Since moving in, she has been very responsive and helpful with any questions we have had. A big thank you to the Savannah and the rest of the Camden staff!
Lived at Camden Manor Park for the past three months. Great experiences during viewing, leasing, and moving in. Quiet neighborhood, and comfortable amenities. Plenty of parking. Convenient location. The leasing staff are very helpful answering questions and sending community info. Would recommend to any of my friends.

As a Camden employee, I’m able to live at any Camden community but I chose Manor Park because the apartments looks great! My moving experience was excellent, from the leasing team to the maintenance team. Everything was wonderful.

Just moved here about and week and a half ago. We absolutely love it here. while we can't use all the amenities due to the virus, we have been able to enjoy the pool and the apartment itself is just wonderful. We have a three bedroom and two bathroom apartment that is about 1,425 ft². We did have an issue with the cable provider spectrum, but that has nothing to do with Camden. They keep everything clean and the landscape is beautiful. Anytime you need something they are available and very helpful and nice. The direct access to the capital area Greenway is awesome. You can literally walk to the mall in 15 minutes or drive in about 2. While we haven't been here too long we are very happy about our decision to move in here and look forward to enjoying Raleigh life.

I want to preface I am not receiving any form of incentive by writing this review. I’m writing this because I’m in the mood to do a good deed.
Moving forward now, I am from Raleigh and I worked for a property management/investment company for 7’ish years so I’m fully aware of both sides of running/operating multiple apartment properties as well as being a resident.
Prior to choosing to live at Camden Manor, I was told the clientele is very young and straight out of college, which made me hesitant. I’m not going to lie, I sat in the parking lot a few times, and at different times, to scope the scene and noticed it wasn’t like that at all (I guess once a upon a time it was.) Overall, the clientele who lives here are respectful and nice! I’ve met neighbors who have lived here for over five years.
Fast forward, I have lived at Camden Manor for over two years now and I’m renewing my lease for another year+, which is ultimately a reflection of Camden. Both the leasing and maintenance teams have been so great! They are attentive, prompt, and their level of communication is top tier. (The turnover rate for Management is not high at all, same for maintenance. The leasing agents have a higher turnover rate, and I believe it might have to do with most people wanting to be remote/hybrid.) They consistently host get togethers for the residents, and they even push to open the pools (yes, there are two pools) early compared to other properties around the area, which is a big deal for me hah!
If you are not from the area, the location is prime!! You can get downtown in 15minutes or less, you can get to 440 and I-40 in less than 10minutes, you are in the heart of Raleigh.
Parking has never been an issue for me, you don’t even have to worry about “visitor parking spots” because they aren’t necessary.
I know you may see negative reviews, everyone has a right to their own opinion, however I will say I would rather hear landscaping doing their thing twice a week in the mornings than have the grounds looking crusty and unkept. Yes, there is a utility bundle which includes cable/internet and valet trash, however that’s pretty much a standard at most properties these days and has been for a while (at least they don’t charge for parking, unless you have a garage obvi.) I’ve seen some reviews mentioning the walls being thin-I haven’t experienced any noise issues yet however if someone is jamming out, yelling on the top of their lungs, or a dog barking for hours, Im confident you’ll naturally hear it-that’s a risk of living in an apartment complex period.
I said all that to say this lol, I have truly enjoyed living at Camden Manor and highly recommend.

As a Camden employee you can live at any Camden property, but there was no question as to which property was the right one for me. During my time in Raleigh, NC I lived at Manor Park for about a year and a half and loved every minute of it. You're close to downtown (less than a $10 Uber ride), right across the street from the Crabtree Valley Mall as well as countless restaurants, and minutes from the interstate.
The property itself is aesthetically pleasing and very well maintained. It was definitely a perk having two pools as well as two fitness centers. One of my favorite things about living at Manor Park was the maintenance team. No matter how small the request, their maintenance techs went above and beyond in making sure that I was fully satisfied in my apartment.
Thank you to leasing, management and maintenance for making Manor Park such an AWESOME place to live! 10/10

I have lived in these apartments for many years and have always had a great experience here at Camden Manor. Madison and the entire Camden Manor staff always provide excellent service and were able to work with us on our lease renewal. We feel very safe here at Camden Manor and it an excellent community to be a part of.
