I watched City View for many months. I thought this would be a perfect place for me. When I made the decision to stop in and speak to Joel, he made it work. When we first walked into the office to check out City View community, we immediately felt welcomed. Joel, the manager was so patient with our questions and we had many. After making the decision to purchase a home here, Joel kept us up to date since we were moving from another state. The community is clean and well maintained and quiet just as he said it was. We appreciate his honesty instead of just trying to make a sale. We are very happy with our decision to move to City View.
