We have lived here for four years and have loved our experience. The staff is amazing and truly care about the community. We’ve had very few concerns over the years and they were always addressed quickly. Shelbie, Casey and Lexi are great! They greet us by name when we stop by the office and someone is always available to answer a question. The apartments are roomy and well designed, the grounds are beautiful with mature trees, and there are lots of amenities (gym, pool, fire pit, community garden and a dog park). The apartments are in a great location; just a short walk to groceries, dining, parks and there is also a farmer’s market in the summer.

We love living at Big Trout! Any time we have a maintenance issue, we just use the easy online portal and they're here right away, fixing what needs fixing. We love the pool; but be aware...it isn't heated. The garden is a gorgeous place to talk a walk. Would love to see the fire pit in working order. This is the only place we could find that would allow more than 2 vehicles. We find the residents to be respectful, the dogs are always on leashes and there are plenty of doggie bag stations. You can't find a better location; so close to Safeway, restraunts, and biking/walking paths. We also love the gym. I like to open the big garage door and let the air in!
