The home is available as a 3- or 4-bedroom, with 2½ bathrooms and bedrooms split between the second and third floors. (Ask for details—price varies depending on bedroom count.) With three levels, everyone gets a little more space and privacy. Downstairs, the open living and dining area gives you plenty of room to hang out, study, or have friends over. The kitchen has lots of counter space, a pantry, stainless steel appliances, and a barstool counter—so you can actually hang out with your roommates while someone’s cooking. Each bedroom level has its own full bathroom, with a pocket door separating the shower and sink for extra privacy. You’ll also have a stackable washer and dryer and two compact parking spaces. No smoking. No pets. Security deposit amounts vary based on rental history requirements and/or additional occupants. There are NO application fees to apply. Note: These rents are a guideline and are subject to change. Rental rates are not locked in until an agreement has been signed with a Mallard Properties Representative.
