As you walk up the stairs you entire a large living room area that is connected to one of the bedrooms and the office space in front of the unit all hardwood. The open living space includes two large closets. As you move to the rear you there is a hall with a coset that leads to the bath, rear bedroom, and kitchen. The bath is in good shape with newer vanity, shower and bath. The bedroom is good size and extends the hardwood flooring. The kitchen includes good cabinet/pantry space, gas stove, refrigerator, and enough room for a table. The unit has central A/C and washer/dryer hookups in the basement with some storage. Tenant is responsible for a portion of the water/sewer/trash that amounts to $65/mo. Pet Policy: Pets negotiable under 25lbs with $300 deposit $25/mo pet rent. Qualifications, Deposit and Application Information: Applications are $65 each adult. The application process includes a review of rental history, income and credit. Deposit ranges from 1-2 months rent depending on qualifications. Between the months of November to February  we require an 15 month lease to avoid vacancy in those months.
