You really get the best of the best at Commonwealth Apartments. I recently moved all the way from NY to VA, and this is where I landed. I genuinely got so lucky to have landed here. The apartments are gorgeous and spacious with top notch appliances and all the details. Not to mention that I feel like I’m living in a luxury hotel when I’m in my apartment. The way the apartments are set up, really minimizes any sounds that you might hear from your neighbors. I’m on the 2nd floor, working nights, and am able to sleep in peace and quiet during the days. We are lucky to have a corner unit with a wrap around balcony, and probably spend just as much time sitting out there as we do inside! The most important factor to look at when leasing an apartment is really going to be the staff and management... When I say ABOVE AND BEYOND, I really mean that the staff goes all the way for every tenant. If they say they will do something, they do it in a quick manner and with the utmost professionalism. I know that if I ever need help with anything, I can 100% count on Katrina, Bri, Chris, and Keisha to get the job done… OH and a super huge shout out to the Trash Fairies and all the amazing staff who keep the common areas clean and smelling great! YOU GUYS ARE THE REAL MVP!! PS I attached a picture of the happiest boy all tuckered out from being spoiled by everyone in the leasing office!! They will love your pets just as much as you do! We’re just a lovely family community here!

Best apartment community I have ever lived in. The staff is amazing, maintenance is top notch. Everything is always clean and the team is quick to resolve any concerns you may have. My little one and I love living here.
