We had an excellent experience during our month-long stay at Ave Malvern while we settled into our new home. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute drive to everything you might need.
The apartment itself was well-equipped with all the essentials, spacious, and had a great balcony view.
The amenities provided were very good, ensuring a comfortable stay.
A special thanks to Nora and the rest of the staff, who were very helpful and cooperative throughout our stay.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better temporary home. Highly recommended!

This is a great community, starting with a very professional and kind approach to all costumers and gests. I felt very thankful during the time I lived there for about 3 months, myself and family we had a wonderful experience, feeling safe and embraced in a Family and pet friendly based place. I have lived at AVE-Malvern for 5 years, and just recently moved within the complex to a ground floor apartment. I have found living here to be very comfortable, especially with the new renovations to the Clubhouse. The staff are always very attentive, helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate reasonable requests. The maintenance crew are very responsive, attending to work requests within 24-48 hours. The landscaping, apartments, and pool area are all beautiful, and offered amenities superb.

The AVE Malvern offer a blend of modern design and luxurious touches. Their layouts are both smart and cozy, providing an intelligent use of space. The property boasts stunning valley views and picturesque scenery from the entrance, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home and secure. The community offers a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that perfectly captures the essence of suburban living. However, it's worth noting that some ground-floor balconies are partially restricted due to their proximity to adjacent roads, limiting their full use.
The amenities are top-notch, including a fantastic pool, gym and sauna, mini-individual workstations, and small meeting rooms and a conference hall that create a professional work-from-home environment. AVE Malvern also hosts a variety of events, such as social, health-related, and food-focused gatherings, all of which contribute to building a vibrant and connected community.
The around area offers numerous dining options, particularly Asian cuisine, alongside several parks and major shopping centers, that offer extensive entertainment choices for families and friends. Moreover, its proximity to major cities such as Washington D.C., New York City, and Philadelphia, coupled with abundant transportation options, provides a significant convenience for residents.
The staff at AVE Malvern are not only supportive and friendly but also exemplify a high level of professionalism in all their interactions. They are attentive to residents' needs and always willing to assist with a positive and approachable attitude. Their commitment to service ensures a welcoming and helpful environment.
The landscaping is carefully managed, with lush greenery and well-kept outdoor spaces that enhance the overall appeal and comfort of the community. This attention to detail contributes significantly to a pleasant living experience for all residents.
However, there is room for improvement in the sidewalks, as their limited presence can make transportation challenging. Additionally, the biweekly house cleaning schedule could be improved to provide more frequent service.

This staff is so amazing! We had issues with WiFi and the microwave and Nora was on it! It was all resolved within an hour. She and the rest of the staff genuinely care about their residents. They are so sweet and pleasant to work with.

I have been away for more than 3 years. But AVE Malvern is always my home in the US when I return. Nice complex and clean rooms. Excellent services and convenient community.
Home Sweet Home! Those are the three words I tell myself as soon as I pull into the grounds of AVE Malvern.
When my husband and I were looking to move to our new home in Chester County, it was a tough search. Most buildings in this county look like the scary hotel of "The Shining" or a laughable resemblance to the colorful blocky buildings from "The LEGO Movie." But when we stepped into AVE Malvern, it was love at first sight.
Our leasing experience was as smooth as butter. Diane Miller, the Senior Leasing Manager, was very understanding of our needs. After expressing our desires of tranquility to Diane, she knew the perfect unit for us. Although the unit was set for short-term stays, Diane was able to make our dreams come true and make the unit our lifelong home. We decided to upgrade the unit and wait for the renovations to happen.
One word that popped into my head when I finally moved into the upgraded suite was *WOW* - This was worth the wait! Our newly upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite was breath-taking from top to bottom. The top-brand appliances, the new flooring, and all of the lighting and finishes took our breath away. And can I also mention the view? After the stresses of everyday life, I can melt away into the sounds of the calming stream and the tranquil view of the Great Valley forest that I enjoy from every window of our suite.
Since we've lived here, we've become acquainted with the wonderful staff at AVE Malvern. Samantha is an excellent Operations Manager. She is quick to resolve any maintenance issues. She was able to perform a miracle when my HVAC unit died recently. Lo and behold, my central air unit was up and running within a few short hours!
Brittany is a wonderful Assistant Property Manager and she is always so friendly and accommodating. I've also had the pleasure of meeting Dawn, Amber, and Sarah. The AVE Malvern team makes me feel like I am part of their family. I always feel welcome when I walk into the management office. I am greeted with warm smiles, cheerful greetings, and offers of refreshments (am I living at a residential complex or at a vacation resort? You tell me).
