Also, based on the actual lease signing and move-in dates, the initial rental payment will be $375, which is 50% discount applied to the first full month accordingly. The following steps are required to be considered for this rental: 1. View the home including the private furnished room and all common areas. 2. Meet the other current occupants. 3. Complete the background/credit screening via TransUnion SmartMove which cost about $42 4. Provide proof of income prior two months up to most recent. 5. Provide photo ID 6. Agree to abide by terms of the month-to-month lease and house rules. 7. Complete a successful (refundable) $1 Zelle payment before lease and house rule signing. This is because regular monthly rental payments must be made via Zelle, and this test validates that your will be able to use that method of payment going forward. *While the order can be changed, all steps are required!

The area is nevertheless a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Yet the home is located in close proximity to major highways and shopping. A month-to-month rental agreement is being offered.
