The following steps are required to be considered for this rental: 1. View the home including the private furnished room and all common areas. 2. Meet the other current occupants. 3. Complete the background/credit screening via TransUnion SmartMove which cost about $42 4. Provide proof of income prior two months up to most recent. 5. Provide photo ID 6. Agree to abide by terms of the month-to-month lease and house rules. 7. Complete a successful (refundable) $1 Zelle payment before lease and house rule signing. This is because regular monthly rental payments must be made via Zelle, and this test validates that your will be able to use that method of payment going forward. *While the order can be changed, all steps are required!
