Our income-restricted community offers eight unique floor plans including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for rent. Each of our apartment homes features air conditioning, large closets, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a spacious patio or balcony. Our layouts offer unique living spaces that invite you to create your ideal home. Around our community, you'll find a variety of amenities to enjoy with friends and neighbors. Our beautiful resort-style pool will beckon you to swim, catch some rays on our sundeck, or relax in the spa. Our pet-friendly community also offers a barbecue and picnic area, playground, and fitness center. Just outside our grounds, you can take a stroll through one of the city's many parks, including Souyen Park and Bellingham Square–each within proximity to your front door. At Canyon Oaks, you'll also be well-positioned to access the entire Bay Area, from San Francisco to San Jose. We're close to BART, bus lines on Bollinger Canyon Road, and interstates 580 and 680. Our location is a comfortable and convenient home base surrounded by great schools, parks, and entertainment. Canyon Oaks at Windmere is a part of the Affordable Program and has income restrictions that will be expiring on October 1, 2026. Canyon Oaks is a great community complex. Location is ideal with great amenities. Excellent schools are in a very close proximity. Staff at Canyon Oaks are very helpful and friendly. Maintenance staff is readily available to help when needed. Work orders submitted are completed in a timely manner. The grounds are always kept nice and inviting by the crew. Hugo is the maintenance supervisor and is always friendly and approachable with excellent customer service.

The team at canyon Oaks is amazing, they are nice, kind and quick at solving problems with the best actitud… I’m pleased with living her for over 5 years and I never had any issues or problems with them. I feel comfortable and safe to tell them any concerns, or questions. Congratulations for having such a great team !!!. To Manuel, Mike and Hugo…. It wouldn’t be the same without you guys!
