Have a pet? There’s a $30 annual fee per household for each pet profile through PetScreening.com, and a limit of 2 pets per home. Our weight limit for each pet is 120lbs, and our breed restrictions are Pit Bulls (aka Staffordshire Terrier), Bull Terrier, Akita, Presa Canario, Mastiff, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chowchows or any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the breeds listed. Our pet deposit is $300, and our pet rent is $35 per month.

I have loved this place since the moment I walked in. Angie was so friendly and personable when I first toured. She helped me find the perfect apartment home, which I love! The interior design of the south entrance makes this place feel so elevated and chic. I can’t wait to see what the club house and roof top deck amenities are going to look like when they open! So happy I chose to live here!

We stumbled on Modera Golden Triangle simply by walking by. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Angie who is such a charismatic and kind person. We spent at least 30 minutes just chatting. It was comfortable and welcoming conversation; without even seeing the apartments we were already sold. It was still under construction with only floors 1-3 complete and Angie made sure to make our viewing experience useful and worthwhile. This place is absolutely gorgeous; from the kitchen finishings, the large windows, the layout to the beautiful amenities. We officially move in October 1 and we could not be more excited. This experience has already been the best of all the moves I have previously done.
