I have lived here for a little while now and I could not be happier. I wish I could pick my apartment up and take it back home with me after graduation! I have had nothing but the sweetest interactions with staff and maintenance is very prompt and polite. Honest 10/10 recommend living at Cedar Cove!
I have helped several families rent apartments here in the last year. Management was helpful. No the apartments are not brand new. But for the price, it is fair. The families have all enjoyed the location and feel safe here. Again, a bit dated apartments, but good office staff and no complaints with the 3 families I personally know living here.
I enjoyed every minute of living at Cedar Cove. The management team is awesome, anytime i submitted a work request it was always handled in a timely manner, they truly care about their residents and provide a safe environment for everyone, overall a great place to live and I highly recommend you consider making Cedar Cove your new residence.

I moved into Apt 102 back in 2018 and it was $550 a month. Now they want $750 for a moldy apartment with paper thin walls where you can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors are doing. With absolutely no notice, on August 24, 2023 they sent maintenance men who barely speak English to change my hot water heater, which was working perfectly fine before, and they completely flooded my apartment and left it to mold and stink. I asked them what they were gonna do to fix it, and they told me if I didn't have Renter's Insurance to go buy an Air Mattress.. When I moved out 2 months later, they didn't give me a dime of my deposit back, charged me a $1000 termination fee and a $115 cleaning fee. I don't usually write reviews but maybe this will help save someone a lot of trouble and money. You couldn't pay me to live at Cedar Cove again.
Please to not attempt to rent an apartment at Cedar Cove apts. I was a tenant there for 2 1/2 years. Over that course of time, I experienced bad customer service in communication, business, and maintenance. I had many maintenance issues...
Refrigerator appliance stopped working over the MLK weekend. I was told that maintenance would NOT be able to get a refrigerator to my apt. until the next business day which was Tuesday. I did not have a refrigerator for two whole days. This was a nightmare, especially when you have kids.
Mold was found to be growing up the wall in my daughter's room
The hallway toilet malfunctioned causing toilet water to leak all over my bedroom carpet. I was told because the carpet was not wet due to soiled water, that the carpet could not be replaced. I literally begged for new fresh carpet. When I returned home from work, I found a blower to be in my bedroom, supposedly to dry the carpet.
I could on on & on....I am a respectable person that follow the rules. I paid my rent every month on time (by the way, if rent isn't paid on the 1st...on the 2nd there is a $25 late fee) However, being a loyal tenant will get you know nowhere. Because of all the maintenance issues, lack of communication, and no consideration for my family, I was forced to seek other living arrangements.
Upon submitting my 30 day notice, I requested my $600 deposit back to help with moving expenses...if not all, at lease half...I did not receive one dime. Management conjured a way to deplete all of the $600. I was charged:
$160 to clean apartment
$160 to clean carpet
$280 for forfeit of contract
After all I had been through, I was charged $280 because of forfeit of contract...yea right!!
With all the moving expenses, deposit, and rent towards a new living arrangement, I was simply tapped out of extra funds to take this matter to Small Claims Court. However, I hope by posting this review...I may help someone not to make the same mistake I did by making a commitment to live here!!

Apartment flooded three times, dryer barely worked, bathroom ceiling was starting to cave in, hot water heater produced brown and foul smelling water, carpet coming up in *multiple* areas due to flooding, several instances of black mold. Would not recommend to literally a single person.
DON’T DO IT.
This apartment was absolutely atrocious when I moved in. Vinyl bathroom floor peeling up, smelled of smoke, dirty carpet. I left when I was pregnant as soon as I found a better place to raise my son without a stench. They allow certain tenants to throw trash all over the parking lot with no repercussions. The maintenance does the bare minimum, and has an attitude when you ask them to actually fix an issue after having to come back multiple times since they won’t fix it the first time. However, they want to throw a temper tantrum if you install an Alexa to control your lights. The office girl will call you with an attitude problem as well. To top it all off, they think you should pay them to clean the apartment when you leave, just so they can pocket the money to move someone else into their dirty unit. And I hope you don’t want to enjoy the pool, they rarely have it clean and won’t put any lawn chairs out there. The other review by Taylor was completely accurate, they raised their prices to tenants who have been living there with no intentions of upgrading their units. Wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worst enemy.
