Nice staff, simple clubhouse with a workout area, coffee and sitting area, restrooms, hot tub and swimming pool with grill. Some shade, no privacy, but there is a gate. The units themselves are spacious, clean, and big. The appliances are shiny and new with beautiful quartz counters. The patios arr enclosed for privacy and safety. They are located just off 117th, but are tucked in so you can't hear the traffic. The very quiet neighbors (at the nearby cemetery) and the storage units next door make this a really great place to live. They even have a dog run! Hurry and grab your spot before they're full!

Place has been great, apartments have lots of space, nice community pool area with cornhole and gym, pretty good area overall, we let the kids out to play an everyone’s mindful of there speed an all that in the parking lot, and staff here have been nothing but helpful with anything we need, not sure what the 1 star review lady is talking about!!
