Fayetteville is the home of Fort Bragg Army Base, one of the largest army bases on the East Coast. Fayetteville Gardens is located in a growing area surrounded by retail, medical and new commercial business. Residents have access to public transportation. The schools supporting the property have good reputations. The community is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, post office, banks and various businesses. It is only two blocks from shopping, three miles from Cape Fear Hospital and a variety of restaurants and services in the surrounding area. Located off Purdue Drive, which is off Raeford Road, one of the main roads going through Fayetteville, Fayetteville Gardens has easy access to Interstate 95. Raleigh, North Carolina is only 76 miles from Fayetteville. Our community is easily accessible from Village Road. We are within five miles of shopping, dining and Cross Creek Mall. Built in the 1980’s, but a total renovation occurred in 2006. Fayetteville Gardens consists of 100 units which offer a full array of amenities including washer/dryer connections. A laundry room, computer lab and fitness center are available on the premises. Water is included in the monthly rent. We are currently 100% occupied. There are several Tax Credit & HUD properties but none that are close to the subject property. There are many conventional apartment communities located all over Fayetteville. We have a very attractive waiting list and we stay full year round.
