Was a nice place at first. Very quiet apartments, nice finishes. However the building allowed multiple Airbnb's without informing long time residents. Now has turned into a loud, party facility. There have been significant issues with car break ins and non-residents loitering and smoking at the entrance on Garrison Ave. Very difficult to get responses from the property manager Sheral.
