I usually don’t leave reviews but I want to take some time to express my gratitude for the Mallory’s new leasing office team and specifically William Savage. Since William has joined the leasing office team I have noticed numerous improvements to the community such as having a cleaner community, it is the responsibility of the pet owners to clean behind their animals but with the other leasing office team a large amount of feces had accumulated. I have noticed new dog cleaning stations around the community and also a huge difference in how clean the community is now! Thank you! Since William has joined there has been thorough and quick communication when issues arise which I appreciate and all of the problems seem to get solved very quickly. The pool was opened right on time and the building doors locking issue was solved soon after Williams arrival! The previous leasing office team made you feel unwelcomed when you would come to the office and it always felt like a bother, the new team is very friendly and welcoming and this community is starting to feel like home! I’m excited for the numerous community events to come William has a lot of great ideas! Again, Thank you to the Mallory leasing office team and William for making my community feel like home!

Moving to the Mallory has been such a wonderful choice. I started looking at the end of May. Initially all my interactions were with Will the manager and He is such a fun thorough Professional truly looking out for my best interest in what I wanted for my new apartment. Since then I have had the opportunity to work with the rest of the staff. So first off Staff professional fun patient and understanding. The maintenance staff are efficient and very quick. The apartments especially the one I am in an Urban Studio is bright spacious and has wonderful balconly. The size is actually bigger than my old luxury one bedroom . My favorite part is they are animal friendly and my 2 dogs love it here. They do have budgeted for 2025 to complete a dog park. There are however plenty of dog stations throughout the property and plenty of places to walk your dogs. The location is excellent They have great amenities and the Residents are very welcoming. I love the location and I love they offer community events. They also have a community space to gather and great fitness center bowling alley and even a co working space. They do offer coffee machine etc which has been having some initial problems being consistent but the good thing is they are on top of it and figuring out what to do for improvement.
