I live here for like 16 years and I have no problems at all, when something it's not working the manager take care of it as soon as i go and fill the paper. It's a nice and safe neighborhood closed to bus stations stores library

A tenant for 3 years , I am impressed and most satisfied with Crown Properties. My father a physician owned many rental properties. I experienced property management first hand . Difficult confusing experience; I decided that the tenant is always wrong !!!!!! Anyway recently had a plumbing issue on the weekend. A plumber was on site in 2 hours . Water damage was serviced the next day by water damage experts who left drying equipment. Each time I have contacted Crown Properties they have instantly responded with answers and solutions .
