Though Aladdin is a senior park, we are able to welcome individuals under the age of 55 with certain restrictions, within the parameters of Public Law 104-76. We allow up to 2 small pets (with some breed restrictions) with a refundable $300.00 pet deposit. Tenant pays all utilities which include: gas, water, electric, sewer, trash, and 2 monthly paramedic taxes that total $4.34. Refundable security deposit due at signing, and first month's rent due at move-in. We require a 6 month lease agreement. Please contact management with questions and for a list of our rental criteria. The application fee is $35 per adult and is not refundable.
