A great new space in downtown Bismarck. Great families and amenities. Within walking distance of restaurants, the symphony, and other sites. Love living here.

Gorgeous building, wonderful residents! I've had the opportunity to work on this new construction project and love seeing it's completion. So lovely to take a walk at night in the neighborhood and see people sitting on their cute front porches. Everyone living there is so friendly and kind to me when I bump into them in the elevator, even though I'm a "worker". Nice, welcoming community.

This is a new apartment, and it shows in the customer service. It’s frustrating, to say the least. Communication is a complete disaster. My tour was scheduled for 3:00 p.m., but I ended up waiting until 3:22 p.m. before it finally started. Most of the time, my emails go unanswered unless I send a follow-up. I had to ask multiple times when I’d know if my application was approved. They told me it was approved and that I should have received the lease agreement—except I hadn’t. After pointing this out, they casually told me to check again, only to later admit that they hadn’t even put the lease together yet because they were waiting for me to confirm the lease term. Of course, blame the applicant. I called the office to speak with the office manager, only to be told she was emailing me from out of the state. I would have appreciated if she had just said she wasn’t able to send it because she was away. Despite sending an email about short-term leasing options, they claimed they only offered 12-month leases to start. It wasn’t until I shared what was on their website that they finally agreed to discuss short-term leasing options. I was initially told renter’s insurance was optional, but once I finally got the lease agreement, it said insurance was mandatory, and proof was required. When I asked about this inconsistency, I got a dismissive response: “We already discussed that over the phone.” The building conditions are another issue. The lease says residents have received all relevant information from management, including photos and floor plans. When I asked for this, I was told “it's on the website.” I still don’t even know how many square feet my apartment is. If you like chasing people down for answers, this is the place for you. I haven’t even moved in yet, and it’s already been an absolute nightmare. I’m hoping things improve once I’m actually living here, but I’m not holding my breath. Will update my review then.
