We have lived in this apartment complex for almost three years in 3 different apartments (not due to the apartment. We needed different amenities). We lived in a furnished one-bedroom and now moving into a two-bedroom. These apartments are so lovely, well maintained quiet, and have a parking garage so nice. But what sells me on this apartment is management. They are some of the nicest and easiest to work with. I have had to make some odd requests while living here, and they are always willing to try and help me out. They have been so easy to work with during all our moving around in the building, and I can't thank them enough for making the moves seamless. The only thing that may need some work is outside the apartments. There is always a lot of trash around the dumpsters and trash cans, but the apartment sends out emails and txt letting everyone know not to dump furniture and stuff. They are doing their best, and this is not their fault there need to be more cameras in the buildings and garage, but this is a great apartment, and I believe I will continue to live here till the day I buy a house of my own 10/10 if your thinking about moving here do it.

Coulee Ridge has been a great place to live. Apartments are beautiful, clean, landscape is well-kept. Management is friendly and quick to respond. Loved working with Mina. Maintenance is always prompt and thorough. I couldn't recommend this place enough.
